"THE OX" wins the Best Experimental Feature Film at FIRMARC

Giorgos Nikopoulos's animation film "The Ox", won the Best Experimental Feature Film Award at the 3rd Caribbean International Film Festival 2018.

Very honoured and happy to have been awarded the Award for Best Original Score for Giorgos Nikopoulos's animation film "The Ox", at the DFK New Wave (a Director's Fortnight Kolkata Program). Giorgos Nikopoulos was also awarded for International Feature Animation and Giorgos Gargalas for Best Sound Design.) Bravo and a big "thank you" to the whole team.

Best Experimental Feature Award at FESCISA for "The OX"

Giorgos Nikopoulos's animation film "The Ox", won the Best Experimental Feature Award at the San Antonio Independent Film Festival in Equador.

"THE OX" gets honourable mention from ASIFA

Giorgos Nikopoulos's animation film "The Ox", got an honourable mention award at the ASIFA Stratos Stasinos awards 2017. 

"THE OX" at the 58th TIFF

Giorgos Nikopoulos's animation film "The Ox", for which I composed the music, was selected to officially participate in the International Film Competition of the 58th Thessaloniki International Film Festival. Out of 20 Greek films only three were selected and "The Ox" was one of them. The world premiere of the film took place on 9 November 2017 at Olympion Cinema in Thessaloniki.
